Is GradeWithAI really free to start?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 50 AI requests per month, Google Classroom integration, handwritten assignment support, and access to Kleo AI assistant. No credit card required.
What counts as an AI request?
One AI request equals one AI action—grading a student submission, generating a rubric, or similar AI tasks. If you grade a class of 30 essays, that uses 30 AI requests. Chatting with Kleo is unlimited and doesn't count toward your limit.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period, then you'll automatically switch to the Free plan.
Do you offer discounts for schools or districts?
Yes! We offer volume discounts for schools and districts, plus additional features like Canvas/Teams integration, admin dashboards, and dedicated onboarding. Contact us for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Schools can also pay via invoice or purchase order.
