Yes. It grades short-answer, paragraph, and file-upload questions, the ones Forms can't score on its own. You review every score and can change it before it's sent.

No. Each question you grade gets its own points and rules. Leave "Infer the correct answer" on, or type the correct answer, accepted alternatives, and partial-credit rules. You can also add custom instructions that apply to the whole Form.
Yes. Choose Send to Google Classroom during setup and GradeWithAI creates the Classroom assignment that receives the scores. Students are matched by email, so turn on email collection in the Form.
Yes. Choose Send to Canvas during setup and pick the Canvas assignment that should receive the scores. Students are matched by email, the same way as for Classroom.
