The AI PE Lesson Plan Template

PE lesson plan templates follow a physical-activity arc: warm-up to raise heart rate, skill development with the day's focus, game or fitness activity for application, and cool-down. This generator produces PE templates with standard SHAPE America alignment, equipment lists, and modifications for students with differing fitness levels or mobility needs.

This template uses the standard four-part PE lesson structure: 5-8 minutes of warm-up (dynamic stretching, light cardio), 10-15 minutes of skill focus (dribbling, throwing, jumping — whatever the day's objective is), 15-20 minutes of game or fitness application (small-sided game, circuit, fitness stations), and 3-5 minutes of cool-down with reflection.
